Y’all….we aren’t perfect but boy do we hold ourselves to that standard. I was about 15 days into this whole30 round and my boyfriend had just had surgery. He ended up back in the hospital with some complications, and I caught the dreaded strep throat. Talk about stress….
I made it all the way through his hospitalization without breaking and came home on Valentine’s Day only to find my throat on fire. I believe in home remedies so a shot of bourbon it was!
So while on my Whole30 journey, I made the most comforting batch of chili I’ve ever eaten! So I wanted to share the recipe with you all!
